Turkey - 100 Years of the Republic

On 29 October, Turkey celebrates the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Republic. Close relations between our countries have existed for centuries. Over the course of time, these have been very close, but also repeatedly fraught with problems. We want to explore the question of how the relationship between Turkey and the EU can be solved pragmatically.

We are pleased that we were able to win two excellent speakers for this event:
Prof. Dr Erdal Yalçin (Economics / International Economic Relations, University of Konstanz).
Professor Yalcin has been dealing with EU-Turkey relations for years.
Dr. Ergün Özsoy (Lecturer at the Ludwig-Maximilians-University, Munich and the University of Augsburg)
