Quo Vadis Economy?
Webconferences on 22nd February 2021 from 5.30. to 7.30 p.m.
In order to continue offering you interesting events, we will initially offer a web conference on interesting and current topics on the last Monday of every month in the first half of 2021.
The first topic will deal with the situation of Germany's economy. The global pandemic caused by the Corona virus makes the problems, but also the opportunities, appear as if through a magnifying glass. Industries that were already in upheaval before the pandemic began, or that were in trouble for other reasons, are particularly affected: first and foremost, the automotive industry, which must cope with a disruption toward electromobility; tourism, which has always achieved only the lowest profit margins; retail, which has huge, already pre-financed warehouses due to the ordered closures; and all other businesses that depend on direct customer contact.
Quo vadis economy?
An event as Zoom - Web Conference
Monday, February 22, 2021, 5:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.
Dr. Fabian Mehring MdL, parliamentary managing director of the Free Voters parliamentary group in the Bavarian State Parliament, recorded a keynote speech on this topic. You can find this speech in full length (approx. 45 minutes) on our YouTube channel: https://lmy.de/Ph3uV.
We will show a summary of the keynote, after which two practitioners will have their say. In a round of talks with company representatives from various industries, we then want to show ways out of the crisis. A key role will be played by the digitization of business processes, the importance of which became abundantly clear not least in the times of the pandemic.
We will publish the exact program shortly, as soon as all participants have been confirmed.
