For more than 100 years, the family-owned company has been working with one of the sharpest roots of all. Horseradish is not only spicy and tasty, but also healthy. Fresh horseradish contains a good portion of vitamins and is therefore also known as Bavarian lemon.

In addition to the company in Baiersdorf and representative offices all over Europe, KOCHs has been building a production plant in Hungary, south of Budapest, for 25 years.
