Vision
In the future-oriented, innovative business club German Mittelstand, self-reliant, curious and courageous entrepreneurs are actively engaged, where they find and appreciate inspiration, know-how and sustainable relationships. The central topics of our future as well as entrepreneurial action are the focus of the activities.

Mission
Being a member of a strong network is beneficial, inspiring and helps to move forward - personally and in business. That's why we establish sustainable relationships, know each other well, trust each other and want to get to know many others just as well.
We support each other with know-how, contacts, experience and inspiration.
Thematically, we deal with the questions that make up our future and that medium-sized companies (should) deal with. Our topics are the economically relevant current megatrends urbanization, digitalization, sustainability and climate protection, individualization, connectivity and knowledge culture.
We are not non-profit in the tax sense, but mean useful in the social sense. We work profit-oriented for the benefit of our members, employees and supporters with the claim to further promote the idea of the "German Mittelstand" through our work and our earnings and to inspire people worldwide for it.
We offer participation as members, supporting members and cooperation partners. We offer one-time and regular exchange with us, especially through personal encounters at events, conferences and network meetings. We offer contacts & know-how and are happy to actively support business initiations and help with the (further) development of business models.
