Since 2020, the world situation has changed: Corona caused a global pandemic and made it clear that such an event can only be managed together. On 24 February 2022, Vladimir Putin shook the security architecture in Europe and worldwide with his attack on Ukraine.

We are therefore very pleased that we were able to win Dr Franziska Davies for a keynote speech. Franziska Davies is an academic councillor and lecturer at the Chair of Eastern European History at the Department of History of the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität in Munich. She historically classifies the conflict between Russia and Ukraine and deals with the narratives adopted and spread by Putin's propaganda.
